Bayside
Suburbanball League AF: We are here today with Emmy Genat a.k.a. EZE, captain of Bayside Suburbanball League team Acidic. She has been kind enough to lend us some time today to discuss her own Suburbanball form as well as her team and the development of Suburbanball in general. EZE, I think the first question that has to be asked is, can Acidic fans expect a win anytime soon? EG: hmm yeah…maybe. We have been offered top efforts from Mr. Cook and hopefully from the rest of the teams players. AF: Now how about your own form, you've played in every Acidic game this season and we have seen you as a solid contributor, where do you feel you play your best Suburbanball? Defence, Centre or Forward? EG: I don't know. I like defence, but its good to move around so other players can have a go and get a feel for each position, then they can decide what they like. AF: The introduction of the Evil Midgets into the BSL competition has been much publicized, do you support this move? EG: Have you seen the votes so far??? Do you support this move? I don't mind, its another team. Think of it as another challenge…maybe. We haven't seen them play so we don't know. AF: How did you view the handling of the Cook/Downloadable's saga? Do you think they should have let him keep playing? EG: It's none of my business. If they wanted to keep letting him play they would have but they didn't so blah. AF: Will Acidic continue to play home games at the Beaumaris Community Centre next season even though none of your players live anywhere near it? EG: Heh heh heh. Most likely, because it's called the Bayside Suburbanball League and as you said we can't play out of Bayside. So where else are we meant to play? Do you think we can be bothered trying to find another place? AF: Will Acidic be trading any players during the end of season trading period? EG: Hopefully not. AF: There is a rumor floating around about the possible signing of Blue Flames player Adric Landman, is there any substance to these rumors? EG: Hehehe. Adric and I talked about this and nothing is final. If he would like to join he is welcome, so is anybody else who would like to join as long as they are not traitorous. If they are…well they can prepare to be in a lot of pain. AF: You've been playing Suburbanball for a while and you have played with and against some of the best players in the world, who are the toughest opponents you have come up against on court? EG: YOU!! And Berge. The lethal team as we not so worthy people like to call you. AF: Well, thank you for your time EZE and good luck for the future and I hope it is not too long before we see Acidic win a championship. ©
