Teams
- 3 captains, 3 team names
- Draft to select teams
- Preferably 6 players per squad as emergencies/subs

Order of Play
- 2 sides field while one side bats
- 2 batting innings per side
- Roll of dice to determine batting side and bowling side order
- Fielding team #1 bowls to side in first innings then fielding team #2 bowls to the side in the second innings

Batting Side
- Can score from leg byes, but not byes, no extras, leg byes credited to batman’s score
- Change ends at the end of the over
- Has three wickets to score a total

Bowling Side
- 8-ball overs
- No over limits
- Wicketkeeper must fill in score sheet
- A wide delivery is okay, but two wides in a row is penalized by a free hit the next ball, additional wides in the over are punished with an additional free hit per wide
- Bowling captain may use their own team members to bowl, but not members of the other fielding side
- Bowling captain has control of field placement

Umpiring
- Presuming there is no dedicated umpire
- Batmen should exercise their honesty
- Fielders should also exercise honesty in catches
- In the event of an lbw or catch dispute if both captains of the fielding side believe it is out then the batsman is dismissed
- If this happens and there is a real doubt about the dismissal, the batting captain can choose to play their “trump” card and return the batman to the crease
- Each side gets one “trump” card per match, they may not be abused, their must be significant doubt about the decision
- In the case of run outs the benefit of the doubt goes to the batsmen
